By using Coffee Break Resume ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

Coffee Break Resume provides AI-powered resume review, feedback, and career content generation. The Service is intended to assist with resume improvement and interview preparation. It does not guarantee employment outcomes.

Payments and refunds

• The full review is a one-time payment of $9.99 USD, processed securely by Stripe.
• Each payment includes one full review and one free re-review within 7 days.
• Due to the instant delivery of AI-generated content, we generally do not offer refunds once a review has been delivered. If you experienced a technical failure and did not receive your review, contact us at support@coffeebreakresume.com and we will make it right.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent payment by directly calling our API endpoints
• Use the Service to generate fraudulent or misleading resume content
• Resell or redistribute content generated by the Service
• Submit content that violates any applicable law

AI-generated content

Feedback, rewritten bullets, cover letters, interview questions, and other outputs are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality and accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all output before using it in applications or professional communications.

Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of your resume content. The AI-generated output produced from your resume is yours to use freely. Coffee Break Resume retains ownership of the Service itself, including its design, code, and branding.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Coffee Break Resume is not liable for any employment decisions, missed opportunities, or other outcomes arising from use of the Service. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
